    Shahristani said at a news conference introducing the decisions of the ministerial committee in charge of the prime minister to consider pensions for state employees that "the new law contains important points notably the abolition of pensions granted on an exceptional basis for the Interim National Council and the National Assembly and the Council of Representatives and the Criminal Court and the Electoral Commission, and the Council of Ministers, and equality pensions all through the issuance of a unified law which is calculated on the basis of salary multiplied by the nominal 2.5 added his years of service and allowances. "

    He said the "new law took into consideration the revision in pensions every year by inflation as well as giving each employee the right to retire if she had three or more children and have had fifteen years of service."

    He pointed out that "the recommendations submitted to the Cabinet for approval and forwarded to the House of Representatives for approval also includes coverage of all workers in the private sector for this law that the pension is deducted from their salaries during their service career."

    Shahristani said that "the new law will increase the proportion of pension to 80% of the employee if he has two children, and increased by 100% if the employee had three children and more," pointing out that the law canceled the pensions of the five institutions are the Interim National Council and the National Assembly and the House of Representatives and the Electoral Commission The Criminal Court.
