    A member of the Finance Committee of Parliament Hossam Al-Aqabi revealed a number of details of the pensions and entitled to it.
    "The distribution of the pension to the heirs is 80 per cent if the receivable is one, 90 per cent if it is two and distributed equally, and [ 100%] one hundred per cent if they are three and distributed equally. "
    He added that "the employee [married, widowed, divorced and custody of her children] may request to be referred to retirement provided that the period of her pension is not less than [15] years and that the number of her children is not less than [3] Year, and take off to take care of the children. "
    "If the employee leaves the job, resigns or is dismissed from his job after 1/1/2014 and has a pension service of not less than [20] years and completed the [50] years of age, he deserves the pension."
    "If the employee who is isolated, dismissed, resigns, or leaves the service after cutting off his relationship with the service and has a pension service of not less than [15] years, the pension will be paid to his family as of the date of his death.
