    Direct sales of the Central Bank of Iraq from foreign currencies, during an auction Wednesday, to 140.8 million dollars, compared to 133.98 million dollars, the auction last Thursday, an increase of 6.82 million dollars, according to a statement by the Iraqi Center .
    The central bank said in a statement that the exchange rate was 1190 dinars per dollar in the auction held with the participation of 39 banks and 10 companies for financial transfer .
    The bank said in its statement that the sales were the result of the auction scheduled for Thursday, explaining that the total sales for the day amounted to 162.5 million dollars .
    Amounts sold to strengthen bank balances abroad were about $ 139.55 million, while the amount of cash sold was estimated at $ 1.25 million.
    The Central Bank, in the statement, that the sale of amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad at the price of 1190 dinars per dollar, while the cash sale will be at the same price .
