Today, Wednesday, the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyadh, praised the Iraqi Parliament’s progress in the first reading of the service and retirement law for the Popular Mobilization Mujahideen.
Al-Fayadh said in a statement received by Mawazine News: "The service and retirement law will ensure justice for the mujahideen in terms of duties and rights."
He added, "This law has been prepared and studied extensively by specialists in the Popular Mobilization Authority and was voted on unanimously in the Council of Ministers."
He added, "This law will ensure justice for the Mujahideen in terms of duties and rights under the umbrella of the law and the command of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces; therefore, we call on the esteemed House of Representatives to move forward in legislating the law in service of the Mujahideen heroes and in loyalty to the sacrifices of the wounded and the blood of the immortal martyrs."
Today, Wednesday, the House of Representatives completed the first reading of the draft law on service and retirement for the Mujahideen of the Popular Mobilization Authority.
