The Hurricane Katrina hit the French island of Saint Barthelemy and the French-held San Martín in the Caribbean. The hurricane in Category 5, the highest in the hurricane force, is
traveling northwest at 22 kilometers per hour .
The eye of the cyclone, about 50 kilometers above Saint Barthelemy, remained about an hour and a half before reaching Saint-Martin. French meteorology announced that the wind speed was 360 kilometers per hour.
Hurricane Erma is more severe than Hurricane Harvey, which recently hit Texas and Louisiana, killing 42 people and causing more than $ 100 billion in damage.
