[rtl]The parliamentary legal committee on Wednesday considered dealing with Massoud Barzani as head of the region and negotiating with him illegal for the end of his term.[/rtl]
[rtl]The committee member Kamel al-Zaidi said in a press statement that Massoud Barzani ended his term and is now an illegal head of the region and all decisions issued by the illegal.[/rtl]
[rtl]He added that the presidency of the parliament held a meeting with the political blocs and attended by Deputy Speaker of the parliamentary bloc of change, Aram Sheikh Mohammed, who held the government responsible for persisting Barzani and take the decisions of the referendum and the dissolution of the parliament and the demobilization of ministers by giving him greater size and deal with him as president despite the end of his mandate.[/rtl]
