    Muhammad Hassan and his family fled from his home town of Tal Afar, which was overrun by a terrorist organization three years ago and dissolved in Hilla. Because he does not have the money to rent a house, he has taken refuge with dozens of families in the tourist hotel of Babel overlooking the Shatt al-Hillah and near the security base used by the Americans before leaving Iraq. Mohammed and his family were surprised, like other families in the hotel, last Wednesday, with the presence of an irregular armed force carrying an order to evacuate the building that occupies the cultural house in Babylon part of it. The displaced families lived for days of anxiety and fear about their fate, and increased their fear is the storming of a number of armed wheels building and evacuated from the staff of the House of Culture who have no other place for the establishment of cultural events and activities, and staff management of the Hotel Babylon and staff of the Babylon Tourism Authority, . The following day, the Cultural House administration was informed that they would be released, otherwise all their belongings would be confiscated, as the military officer, who had given them until Sunday to evacuate the building, told them in a letter from the Cultural House in Babylon to the Cultural Palace and Cultural Department. The information is that the building is for investment, but not by the tourism authority to which it is returning. The questions raised range from the casualty to the investment, the way in which the building and the family of the invading military force stormed it, which is not a regular entity. If the Babil Governorate Council has already decided to offer the tourist hotel for investment, it must find accommodation for the displaced families and another place for the Babylonian cultural house, because of the city's heritage and cultural history, knowledge and civilization.
