(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) called on the Secretary-General of the Iraqi National Congress Party Aras Habib, on Tuesday, the Iraqi political forces to accelerate the legislation of the election law and the adoption of the budget.
Habib said in a press statement received by the {Euphrates News} copy of it, that "the debate on the conduct or postponement of the elections turned into a dispute between the political forces, and that failure to respect the constitutional times may lead to more crises in Iraq."
"It is not enough to talk about holding the elections on the constitutional date only. What is needed is to accelerate the enactment of the electoral law and the adoption of the budget. What can the election commission do without the requirements?"
Habib said that "failure to respect constitutional times may lead to more crises.
