For his part, Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Communications Hamid Jbeil Al-Qattan said "the ability and efficiency of Kuwaiti companies to contribute to the work of the Iraqi telecommunications sector using modern technologies in the field of mobile communications for the extensive experience owned by these companies in this area and its desire to invest in the promising Iraqi telecommunications market."
