    [rtl]The British newspaper "Express" on Tuesday revealed the details that occurred to Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, after refusing to pay the amount of settlement requested by the Saudi authorities in exchange for his release.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The newspaper said in a report on its website that "Walid bin Talal was tortured and beaten after being transferred to the prison of Al-Haider Almqdid south of Riyadh, after refusing to pay the amount of the settlement requested by the Saudi authorities in exchange for his release."[/rtl]
