    A member of the legal committee, Ibtisam al-Hilali, said on Monday that "the new electoral law is the favorite to vote, and the previous law is rejected, although it is effective."
     
    Hilali said that: "so far has not distributed to members of the House of Representatives agenda of the session today, which will start at 11 am."

    Adding that, "the deputies with the new law and not with the old, and the old law is effective and does not require a vote, but the law in force is rejected because of many things and amendments regarding the certificate and age and the electoral platform." 
     
    The parliamentary MP that "the new law the most likely to pass in the session of the House of Representatives."
