Which is similar to the developed countries and neighboring countries that preceded Iraq by offering initiatives in the field of communications and information technology. This initiative is the outcome of an ongoing effort by the Media and Communications Authority in cooperation and consultation with the Advisor to the Prime Minister for the successful launch of the initiative for the years 2018-2025 dubbed the Du3M where the word Du3 (build) in Sumerian and M from the word Future, to complete the vision in the project Building the future of communications. The results of the expected results of the implementation of this initiative are summarized in several main axes, the most important of which is the recovery of the Iraqi economy by raising the level of the GDP index. The studies showed that the revival of the ICT sector contributes to an increase of 0.6% Of national income. As well as the development of other service sectors such as health, education, agriculture, banking and trade by activating e-commerce, e-marketing, e-health, e-education, e-money and other electronic services.
