    "Twilight News" started a joint meeting between the Kurdistan Regional Government and a delegation of the federal government to discuss the regulation of the work of banks and the unification of the tax between Baghdad and the region. 
    The meeting was chaired by Kurdistan Minister of Finance Ribaz Halaman, and by the Iraqi government, the Governor of the Central Bank Ali Al-Alaq. 
    He said before the meeting, "important discussions will be held to regulate the work of banks and banking operations and coordination on the collection of taxes and standardization and work to remove obstacles in this regard 
    Sunday evening, a delegation of the Iraqi government to Arbil, headed by Ali Alalak and the membership of Qasim Attiyah and Deputy Minister of Planning And a representative of the Civil Aviation Authority 
    The visit comes after the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi during the weekly press conference, last Tuesday, that the employees of the Kurdistan region will receive their salaries, in addition to the airports of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah will resume their international activity, before the holiday of Noroz.
    "We expect the salaries to be released in the next few days," said Izzat Saber, a member of the finance committee of the Kurdistan Regional Parliament. 
    A second delegation from the Iraqi government headed by Mahdi al-Alak, secretary-general of the Council of Ministers, Iyad al-Waeli, head of the prime minister's office, Khalid Hamoud, military advisor to the prime minister, Souran Hidayat Othman, official of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Minister Abbas Mohammed of the Protocol Division in the Prime Minister's Office. 
    The delegation is due to decide at a meeting later today the lifting of the ban on international flights in Kurdistan
