    Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on Wednesday that cutting back on war spending was a major achievement of the government.



    Abadi said in his speech during the Energy Conference held in Baghdad, and his follow-up, "the economy News", "The reduction of operational spending during the war a major achievement by the government," noting that "what is happening in the region between the major oil countries does not affect Iraq."
