    Revealed a member of the House of Representatives Abdul Rahman al-Lweizi, on Thursday, what he called "the final statement in the return of the retired officers and employees of the Ministries of Defense and Interior," noting that the decision, according to the budget law published in the Official Gazette, required the Prime Minister, , Return them.
     
    "Two days ago, the Federal Budget Law was published in the Iraqi Gazette No. (4485) in 2018/4/2, where the 50th article of the said law states that (the cabinet must allocate grades) To restore the employees and officers of the Ministries of Defense and Interior dismissed and broken their contracts in accordance with "instructions issued by the Council of Ministers."
     
    He explained that "the text is contained in the form of binding (in) meaning that the Council of Ministers is obliged to assign the grades for the return of employees of the security services, and that this return includes officers and mattresses, including include fugitives and retired contracts, the Ministries of Defense and Interior.
     
    He pointed out that "this return includes associates from all provinces and not just liberated provinces."
     
    He pointed out that "the return controls will be determined by instructions issued by the Council of Ministers, these instructions are to determine precisely who is included, whether all the fugitives and retired contracts, for example, or those who fled to and to a certain date.
     
    He added that "the ball is now in the court of the Council of Ministers is now authorized full powers to return all or restrict this return to a certain category."
     
    He concluded by saying that "the Brothers in (Kruppat) the return of members of the security services to put pressure on the Prime Minister and his electoral list to issue instructions in a manner inclusive of all."
