He's saying its time to pass the investiment law so the country can get investors in and implement the tariff law s and exempt the corprations from tax like every body else does. !!!! And to do this will certainly bring the rv  !!!!!! They wanna b in the WTO or international community's they gotta tax and have good currency  !!!!!

Agree wayoutnow , we need to see this as a done deal as soon as possible!!

I agree with it all but the what has to come first as the revalue, the revalue has to come first before any of this other can or could be successful or even needed... ;)
