    2013/11/24  Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: a member of the Finance Committee expressed parliamentary secretary Hadi, Sunday, rejected the Kurds claim 23% of Iraq's budget for next year, calling on the Kurds to adopt the proportion of population in claim receivables from the budget. 

     Said Hadi for "tomorrow Press", "The maturity of the Kurds, compared with the ratio of population are below 17%, however, give them that figure, according to a political agreement binding since the time of the civil administrator Paul Bremer, and even now," stressing that "the Kurds demanded recently increased their share to 23 % of Iraq's budget and this value greatly affect the budget of Iraq. " 

     He Hadi that "the Kurds perceive standard Mahromep and cities affected by the former regime, and this is not fascinated by it, but taking into consideration the standard census only," stressing that "it is not possible for any political bloc to donate the rights of its citizens to the Kurdistan region of Iraq." 

    The Finance Minister Ali Shukri announced in October 2013, ending the draft federal budget for Iraq for the next year 2014, which will amount to 174 billion U.S. dollars.
