The Parliamentary Legal Committee announced, on Saturday, the submission of four proposals and solutions for the Kurdish delegation to pass the budget, but he rejected it all, indicating that the time of agreements with the leaders of the blocs has gone forever.
A member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Hassan al-Janabi, told "the information" that "the discussions with the Kurdish delegation were almost exhausted after the region rejected all solutions and Egypt did not hand over its oil imports."
He added, "The condition of the Kurds to pay the debts of companies has been accepted on the condition that the region hand over all imports of oil exports in the region and review all its oil and non-oil contracts, but the latter rejected the order."
Al-Janabi explained that "four solutions were recently presented to the Kurds by choosing one of them not included in the budget, but the region rejected it unanimously, as it indicates the delivery of oil imports," indicating that "the time of agreements with the heads of political blocs is not irreversible."
He continued, "The budget of the region will not pass without handing over to Kurdistan its oil and non-oil imports."
