    [rtl]A Syrian military source later reported that the Syrian air defenses had responded to hostile Israeli missiles. The SANA said that Syrian air guns were intercepting Israeli missiles fired from inside the occupied territories and dropping them one after the other. A military source said dozens of enemy missiles had been shot down before they reached their target.[/rtl]
