The general manager of the company under the Ministry of Transport Emad Abdul Razzaq Al-Asadi said in a special statement to "Al-Sabah": Based on the general direction of the company to keep pace with the growing technical development in the field of road transport, has launched the project to connect the system (GPS) trucks of the company actually working, From monitoring its movement. He added that the aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of performance and maintain the safety of trucks and increase the level of safety, which contributes to increase imports of the company and reduce the extra effort lost between the ports of loading and unloading and reduce the disbursement of fuel and maintenance, thus doubling the operational life of trucks. Al-Asadi stressed the importance of maintaining the fleet of the company and increasing the number of trucks operating in it and activating the modern systems in the field of road transport, with the need to follow the means to improve the company and upgrade its work to the ranks of advanced companies, which apply the latest electronic systems in the field of transport. In the same regard, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Communications Hazem Mohammed Ali, said that the General Company for International Network Services and Information in the Ministry, coordinated with the General Company for Land Transport in order to open prospects for cooperation between them. He explained in a statement to the "morning": The Internet company provides the road transport company systems management and tracking of vehicles and control and control remotely, noting that the ministry provides state institutions with the latest information systems that contribute to the development of the institutional reality of ministries in general, revealing the existence of cooperation with ministries : Finance, transport, interior and independent bodies to provide their departments in Baghdad and the provinces with modern systems and software.
