[ltr]Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers discussed Thursday with Norwegian Ambassador to Baghdad Elisabeth Al-Rayes bilateral relations, while the latter called on Prime Minister Haider Abadi to attend the Oslo Forum.[/ltr]
[ltr]"Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak received today, Ambassador of Norway to Iraq Elizabeth Al-Rayes, who is not resident in Baghdad, and the External Relations Officer Karten Karisin, to discuss ways to strengthen the course of relations," the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
