    On Thursday, law expert Ali al-Tamimi called for the prevention of the "escape" of politicians and employees of the Commission who participated in the electoral process, stressing that the results showed a large fraud in the election results, which requires opening an investigation.
    Al-Tamimi said in a statement that "the penalty of forgery contained in the Iraqi Penal Code in Articles 89 and 298 is up to 15 years and is considered a felony," noting that "fraud operations will be referred to the competent investigation courts close to the polling stations," explaining that " The fraud of the election results is the director of the station, and the process of investigation will be through which access to the first official of the fraud.
    He added that "the investigation will reveal the counterfeiters of the staff of the Commission and political figures in support of this process, and may overthrow the investigations with large heads, even if they are partners and not forged, because the Iraqi law provides that the partner gets the punishment of the original actor."
    Tamimi explained that "fraud operations stand behind the figures and heads of political large, and the government to prevent the travel of all politicians or their transfer to Kurdistan until the completion of investigations fraud in the election results," stressing that "the process of manual counting and sorting are conducted accurately, especially with the presence of large participation by International organizations and the United Nations to monitor the process.
