    Search Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, Thursday, during a meeting with the Japanese ambassador in Baghdad , on the occasion of ending his tenure, facilitating procedures for the entry of Japanese companies to Iraq. 

    Abadi's office said in a statement received by Alsumaria News that "the Prime Minister Haider Abadi received the Japanese ambassador to Iraq Fumio Iwai on the end of his duties." 

    "The Japanese ambassador has been bid farewell and appreciated his role in promoting relations between Baghdad and Tokyo," he said.




    During the meeting, they discussed the development of economic relations and the follow-up to the results of the recent visit of the Prime Minister to Japan, including economic cooperation programs and enhancing the participation of the private sector and Japanese companies in reconstruction projects and cooperation in the field of education and facilitate the entry procedures of Japanese companies to Iraq.
