Shafaq News / The Office of the President of the House of Representatives Salim Jubouri, on Monday, that the adoption of the law of the House of Representatives and its composition was in accordance with constitutional contexts.
"The highest constitutional authority in the country can not operate without a law that regulates its functions," Abdulmalik al-Husseini, director of the office, told Ashqaf News.
He added that "the House of Representatives has enacted a law specific to each ministry and each of the independent bodies, in addition to a number of independent institutions under the Constitution for the purpose of organizing the formations and functions of those ministries and bodies and institutions under their own laws," and asked why the Prime Minister did not object to it?
He added that if the House of Representatives did not do its law, there would be a real problem, and in this way came the adoption of the law of the House of Representatives and its composition, and otherwise it would be a big loser will be calculated against him, because the structure and work of ministries can not be organized according to the law, .
The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Sunday, challenged the law on the privileges of deputies, which was legislated by the House of Representatives before its dissolution, and asked the Court to suspend work.
