Political analyst Hazem Al-Bawi said on Monday that the withdrawal of the Minister of Electricity Qassem Fahdawi from the ministry does not give the Prime Minister Haider Abadi the second mandate, stressing that the directions of reference clear agreement to a new personality is firm and strong.

"
Al-Bawi said that "what Abadi did to freeze the work of the Minister of Electricity will not be pleased to stay in office for a second term, especially after the religious authority asked the political blocs engaged in dialogues to form a government to choose a prime minister is characterized by firmness and power, it's too late".
