    Information / Baghdad ..
Political analyst Hazem Al-Bawi said on Monday that the withdrawal of the Minister of Electricity Qassem Fahdawi from the ministry does not give the Prime Minister Haider Abadi the second mandate, stressing that the directions of reference clear agreement to a new personality is firm and strong.
"The withdrawal of the hand of the Minister of Electricity by the Prime Minister is a very late step, and the strangest thing is that the previous parliament did not respond to the question of questioning Qasim al-Fahdawi by four ministers who were forced to put their files before parliament," al-Bawi said in a statement.
He added that "the bloc to which al-Fahdawi belongs during the period of his interrogation to mobilize parliamentary opinion to protect him and remove the specter of impeachment and withdraw confidence from him," noting that "complacency in the issue of submission of the minister or the official to the investigation and justice led to the accumulation of files, especially the file of the Minister of Electricity, Contracts, employment and unfinished projects that led to the deterioration of the reality of electricity in the country in general. "
Al-Bawi said that "what Abadi did to freeze the work of the Minister of Electricity will not be pleased to stay in office for a second term, especially after the religious authority asked the political blocs engaged in dialogues to form a government to choose a prime minister is characterized by firmness and power, it's too late". Ending / 25 n
