The strategic expert Hafiz al-Bishara said on Sunday that there is a lot of American risks that Iraq may face, after the failure of American plans, especially regarding its involvement in politics and the formation of the government.
Al-Bishara said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the American intervention in the selection of figures in the Iraqi government falls within the framework of the American policy that comes with the election season whether successful or failed. There is a continuous policy of America in Iraq. All those who are elected to the presidency are not outside the circle American control. "
He added that "the United States comes with new figures in the Iraqi government after the failure of previous figures to achieve the desired goal," adding that "Iraqi national forces if they want to insist on something they are able to pass it despite the American pressure, in addition to America is not always successful in its plans, Is linked to the existence of people who allow it to succeed through their disintegration and decision-making. "
"The success of Iraq in thwarting the American plans makes the country in front of several risks, among them, the permanent establishment of the US bases and increase the number and perhaps re-occupation of Iraq militarily, in addition to fighting the popular crowd and dilute it and eliminate it permanently, and disrupt projects against corruption and failure and development programs "He said.
