    BAGHDAD - 
    The Cabinet discussed on Tuesday the upcoming agricultural plan and customs duties on goods and goods imported to the ministries. 
    "The Council of Ministers held its ordinary session today under the chairmanship of Haider Al-Abbadi. During the meeting, the vote was taken on the cancellation of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 162 of 2017 and the reinstatement of paragraph 4 of the Cabinet Resolution No. 280 of 2016. On the protection of the product of imported cigarettes ". 
    He added that "there was extensive discussion of the agricultural plan and was directed by the Ministry of Water Resources to assess the water situation in the light of the next agricultural plan, covering an area of ​​3 to 4 million acres for the cultivation of wheat and barley and submitted to the Prime Minister within 48 hours.
    The Council stressed that "a draft resolution on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of evasion of taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt" was voted on. 
    He pointed out that "the Cabinet approved the general and detailed recommendations taken by the Diwani Order Committee (67) for the year 2018 on the assessment of officials of Diwaniya province." 
    The Council pointed out that "the vote on the addition of an amount of 3 trillion dinars to the allocation of contingency reserve for the fiscal year 2018 in the light of the federal budget law."
    He continued that "the Council of Ministers also discussed the draft federal budget law for the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2019 and was directed by the ministries to submit their basic comments on the draft draft federal budget for the year 2019 to the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of holding an extraordinary session for approval within the legal period." Ending / 25
