Industry: 2019 Iron and steel plants will be operational in Basra

Baghdad / .. The Minister of Industry and Minerals, Mohammed Shiaa Sudanese, on Thursday, that next year 2019 will see the operation of iron and steel plants in the province of Basra.
"The Turkish company is serious about implementing the rehabilitation project, which will have the effect of directing a positive message that will be reflected on the inside of Iraq and will open the horizons for them to implement other projects, especially as the next government puts the economic file in its priorities," the ministry said in a statement.
