postpone meetings delayed adoption of the budget and delay the work of
the Committee in completing the approved budget debate", indicating that
"we cannot guess the date of adoption of the budget as the
circumstances of the Parliament".


"The Finance Committee continued to debate the budget and work on them."

And
the House meeting was delayed Monday for more than an hour overdue no
quorum and agenda of the meeting continued discussion of the draft law
of the federal public budget of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year
2013.



And the House on Sunday postponed its lack of quorum to convene and decide to today. completed 2.
