[rtl]A member of the provincial council of Basra, Karim Shawak, on Sunday, the calls for the abolition of the provincial council, considering that the government of the center and the parliament are part of the "failure" provincial councils, while describing the political mentality as "retrograde did not know the management of the state."[/rtl]

[rtl]Shawak said in an interview with "Trend Press" that "the abolition of provincial councils must be by constitutional means and not just the collection of signatures and raise public opinion and chaos," adding that the parliament and the government "are part of the failure of provincial councils and cast their failure on these councils."[/rtl]

[rtl]The deputies have confirmed in previous times that the extension of the work of the current provincial councils is out of the question, stressing that the extension can not be more than six months maximum, and prefer to freeze its work until the holding of new elections, possibly at the end of next year, amid calls for the abolition of.[/rtl]
