    [rtl]A member of the provincial council of Basra, Karim Shawak, on Sunday, the calls for the abolition of the provincial council, considering that the government of the center and the parliament are part of the "failure" provincial councils, while describing the political mentality as "retrograde did not know the management of the state."[/rtl]
