    The parliamentary Finance Committee revealed on Sunday the smuggling of quantities of crude oil to Turkish territory by the Kurdistan Regional Government.
    The committee member Haneen Qaddo said in a statement to the information that "the federal budget included 250 thousand barrels of oil from the Government of Kurdistan only without including all the volume of oil production of the region," pointing out that "the region produces more than 500 thousand barrels smuggled half of Turkey without deterrence governmental".
    He added that "a large number of wells deployed in the province and Nineveh not included within the budget and is subject to smuggling of oil to the Turkish territory by the Government of the Territory," noting that "the wells of the field of Khazer in the area of ​​Hamdaniya, the province of Nineveh, witnessing large smuggling operations by the government of Arbil."
    He pointed out that "hundreds of cars loaded with crude oil go to Turkey on a daily basis without the existence of a government agency to hold the region," explaining that "Scott government agencies got due to courtesy and political deals on the purchase and sale of positions."
    The leader of the Movement for Change Saber Ismail had earlier demanded the central government to control the Kirkuk oil fields after the dominance of some Kurdish parties.
