{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} The Ministry of Transport defended the appointments of its Minister Abdullah Loibi in the Iraqi Ports Company.
A statement of the ministry received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it "at a time when our ministry expresses deep regret for the statements attributed to the MP Charter Hamdi built on incorrect information and transmitted by many media, we would like to emphasize that the doors of the ministry and since the receipt of the Minister His duties and is open to the concerns of the written and oral representatives, and before the media in order to inform them of the facts and a hope in their aid to build Iraq and serve our dear people.
"The MP could have asked for the necessary clarifications on the subject and resorting to the legal procedures of the ministry to avoid delving behind the malicious propaganda and fabricated provocations that some of them move away from the facts."
He continued, however, that we would like to put the Iraqi people and the MP in front of the facts on the subject:
1. The appointment procedures referred to in the Ministerial Order No. 420/6950 on 21/1/2019 are an update of the previous administrative procedures in the previous ministerial period. The Ministers referred to the Ministerial Order no. 5382/19787 on 13/6/2016, 2018, and then were replaced after the abolition of ministerial order and the issuance of other ministerial orders to be returned in the form of payments on 16/9/2018, 26/9/2018, 4/10/2018 and 24/10/2018. Based on the problem-finding committees and recommendations of the Office of the Inspector General in particular.
Complaints submitted after the new administration of the Ministry were reviewed and presented to the relevant departments, including the Office of the Inspector General, which was endorsed on 12/12/2018 after reviewing the priorities. Non-objection to completion of the appointment procedures by the Ministry and according to official contexts.
3. In the same context, the General Company of Iraqi Ports has already supported on 2/12/2018 not to be prevented from completing the recruitment procedures and availability of vacant job grades within the authorized owners of the company and within the movement of deletion and development.
4. The above-mentioned 31 persons have submitted within the official context of the recruitment instructions on the job grades resulting from the movement of owners No. 4 of 2018, including participation in the official announcement and submission through the Internet and all the contexts stipulated in the instructions. As they dealt with the issue as a reality to the right segments of the right to injustice due to incorrect administrative procedures, and they are from the people of the province of Basra dear, mostly from the families of martyrs or the sons of retirees who lost their lives in the service of the General Company of Ports and the Ministry of Transport, Morality before the administration must consider their requests with compassion.
