We are determined to fight corruption, to fight spoilers, and with sincere and serious will, we must reform, with an open mind and a believing heart.

Declare the following:

To accelerate the completion of the legal system to combat corruption and invite the Council of Representatives and the Council of State to take their roles and responsibilities in this regard, through completing the procedures for the issuance of laws.
Strict adherence to disclosure by officials responsible for their property, within a period not exceeding one week.

Commitment of ministries and entities not associated with the Ministry to develop the plans and work plans for 90 days, to prioritize service projects and reconstruction, and monitors the monitoring and monitoring of the programs and policies and plans mentioned, to determine the responsibilities and roles and compartmentalize the ministry or the non-linked to the Ministry.

8. To activate procedures for the recovery of looted Iraqi property abroad, and to provide the Integrity Commission with important files to communicate with the countries concerned in order to recover them.

10.
