    Informed sources confirmed that the Parliament session for next Thursday to discuss the crisis, the first reading of the Bill 2014 budget more controversy.

    The sources said that the budget be approved even though the Kurdistan Alliance deputies did not attend, noting that the State of law Coalition had submitted a request to the Presidency of Parliament signed by more than 70 deputies requesting the inclusion of the budget bill on the agenda of the meetings of the Council.

    The House speaker Osama Al-nujaifi said at a press conference today that "the budget law arrived late 100 days of Government and includes a lot of the problems, notably the dispute between Baghdad and Erbil", stating that "the Presidency tried during the past month repeatedly meeting to read through the postings on the agenda but to no avail.

    Parliament: budget officially arrived yesterday and the Government amended the law delay button four times


    "It has reached a draft budget law for the first time to the House of representatives of the Office of the Secretary of State for house under writing no. 4/503/438 of 16/1/2014 after seventy days of the date specified under paragraph 2 of section 4 of annex a of the Financial Administration Act and the public debt No. 94 of 2004 without the accompanying Government final accounts for the financial year ending in 2013, contrary to the provisions of article 62 of the Constitution/first, however, the overriding interests of the people and guarantee The principle of permanence of regular conduct of public utilities in the State have taken due process in the House and referred to the relevant committees on the same day.

    According to deputies, the Council of Ministers resolution No. 74 the year 2014 at its meeting on 18/2/2014 and the assignee under the State Department's book number 4/503/2212 at 3/3/2014 and the amendment to the draft budget, the Council has taken all due process for the fourth time.



    The statement noted that "the House affirming that actions intersect with the Constitution and the law and the Government bear the budget bill delay button it shows that the official date for the arrival of the draft general budget law for the year 2014 in final form until the statement is March 3, 2014 after one hundred and twenty days of the due date, unless other amendments submitted in the future."



    Parliament stressed the statement that "the adoption of the draft budget law is one of the most important priorities and that the law be eager to resolve differences in the doubling of provisions of the Government, even though the Bill has your love and Tan and reassure the interests of all components of the Iraqi people to facilitate approval in the House of representatives and the Council into discussion the soldering between the political forces, so the discussion was supposed to be resolved in the Government rather than exporting it to the House."
