Experts challenged the vote session on the post of Minister of Defense submit their report

The Federal Supreme Court announced on Monday that it received a report experts to suit the candidate for the Ministry of Defense Faisal Fener Faisal Jarba to challenge the session of the House of Representatives to vote as Minister of Defense, while adjourned the pleading to Tuesday.
"The Federal Supreme Court held its session under the chairmanship of Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the attendance of all the members of the judges. The case of Mr. Faisal Fener Faisal al-Jarba was discussed to challenge the session of the House of Representatives, which was to vote for him as a candidate for the Ministry of Defense," said Ayas al-Samuk, 24/12/2018 ".
"The session was devoted to the consideration of the report of experts who submitted their report to the court within the time specified for them in the previous session," Samok said, noting that "the court had assigned three forensic experts to lead their experience in the case to submit their report and the experts Right wing ".
He added that "the postponement of the hearing at nine o'clock on Tuesday for the purpose of auditing the report submitted by experts," noting that "the order issued by the Federal Supreme Court in the previous session on the suspension of voting on the post of Minister of Defense will remain in force until the verdict in the case."
