The House of Representatives, on Monday, the second session of the new legislative chapter, to complete the first reading of the draft five laws.
"The parliament will convene tomorrow, the second session of the second legislative term for the first legislative year in the fourth election session under the chairmanship of Mohammed Halbusi," the Information Service of the Council said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
"The session will witness the completion of the first reading of the draft Law on Illegal Profits (the Integrity Committee, the Legal Committee, the Finance Committee) (20 articles) and the completion of the first reading of the first amendment bill to the Integrity Commission Law No. 30 of 2011, , The Legal Committee, the Committee of Civil Society Institutions and Parliamentary Development (6 Articles).
She added: "The first reading of the draft law amending the fines law mentioned in the Penal Code No. (111) for the year 1969 and the other special laws No. 6 of 2008 (the legal committee) will be completed during the session. Addressing Residential Abuses (Committee on Services and Reconstruction, Legal Committee) (22 articles) ".
The Chamber explained that "the session will be completed during the first reading of the draft law of the first amendment to the Nationality Law (Committee on Security and Defense Legal Committee) (10 article)."
