    warned a member of the Nineveh Provincial Council and the head of the Strategic Planning Committee where Khalaf iron from the possibility of exposure to barley farmers in the province of Nineveh blackmail if the Ministry of Agriculture can not receive the crop because the allocated squares are insufficient, and called the three presidencies and the Ministry of Agriculture and the local government of Nineveh Intervention to address the situation.
    "To the honorable Prime Minister, to the honorable Speaker of the Parliament, to the Honorable Minister of Agriculture, to the Honorable Minister of Commerce, to the honorable Minister of Transport and Communications, to the honorable local government of Nineveh," Al-Hadidi said in an urgent appeal. "Our economy is a strength for our rise and the fortunes of our society from the scourge of poverty, unemployment and terrorism. Our food security is a national duty to preserve it. It is our responsibility as a federal and local government," said Mr. Mohsen Mansour, the respected governor and members of Nineveh Provincial Council.

    "Nineveh is the bread basket of Iraq. It has vast areas of fertile agricultural land to produce grain from wheat and barley, which is expected to produce 1,500,000 million and five hundred thousand tons of barley, according to studies and projections, except wheat."
