April 3 2014 Twilight News / The Council of Representatives its meeting Thursday afternoon in the absence of members of parliament from the Kurdistan Alliance.
A parliamentary source for "Twilight News", the meeting was held in the presence of 163 deputies.
He added that the state law will provide a request signed by 50 deputies to discuss the budget bill a hearing today.
He called on the United Nations envoy in Iraq, Nikolay Mladenov the House of Representatives to pass the annual budget that disrupt approved long within the next two weeks, indicating that the delay in approving the law would negatively affect a lot of business and investments in the country.
And stumbled approve the annual budget of the state in spite of entering the country in the fourth month of the current year; due to differences between the political blocs represented in the House of Representatives, and observers fear the politicians would use the issue of delay in the budget as a factor in the election campaign for some of the blocks, as it was left on the general election only a few weeks.
