The Federal Council of Ministers decided to approve the authorization of Finance Minister Fouad Hussein to sign a loan agreement to finance the project to improve electricity power worth 200 million dollars.
[size=45] An official document signed by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers showed the authorization of the Minister of Finance to sign the agreement for the purpose of improving the reliability and efficiency of electricity services in the province of Basra, based on the Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year 2019.
