The charges were filed by a former senior company official in a continuing lawsuit against "age discrimination," the site said, adding that other complaints had been made over the past few months to protest discrimination against older people.
According to available information, IBM has separated up to 100,000 employees in the last few years as part of its efforts to restore the company.
