A statement of the SIIC received by All Iraq News Agency cited "The two sides also discussed the success of the parliamentary elections in the country and the relations between Iraq and Kuwait in various fields." The statement added "Hakim stressed the need to speed up the forming a national government based on a national project and a clear-cut action plan agreed among the Iraqi political forces , as well as a strong team in order to contribute to run the country and provide security and provide services to the Iraqi people." "For his part, the Kuwaiti Ambassador confirmed the good relations between the two sides and efforts in order to upgrade them towards further development to serve the two peoples and the two brotherly countries," the statement concluded. /[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |
