    [size=18]MP Sairoun Mohammed al-Ghazi said on Thursday that the draft law of provincial elections sent by the government "will consolidate the dominance of parties."

    Al-Ghazzi pointed out that "the current formula will re-establish the dominance of the parties and is rejected by us in a coalition of others because we believe that the best is the individual electoral system, where the highest votes are those who win the parliamentary seat."
