The report noted that Muqtada al-Sadr, when the leaders of the popular crowd crawled to the American embassy in Baghdad, had not settled his decision because the leadership of the pro-Iranians still had Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, who were assassinated days after the embassy incident.
