, Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi confirmed Sunday that attention to and support for the educational sector is among the top priorities of his government.
Abdul-Mahdi said, in a statement received by / Mawazine News / a copy of it: "We extend our highest congratulations and blessings to the educational family in Iraq and to all workers in the education sector in our dear country on the occasion of Teacher's Day."
He added, "The renewed celebration of the first day of March of each year is an affirmation of the importance of this giving segment that builds the country with the light of letter and word and dispels the darkness of ignorance of knowledge and knowledge."
Abdul-Mahdi continued, "Attention to the educational sector and its support are at the forefront of our government’s priorities in order to develop it and meet its renewable needs, especially school buildings and the increasing need for them, and to enable educational and teaching bodies to play their role in building society and preparing conscious generations, in addition to our relentless pursuit to improve the appropriate standard of living And to respond to their legitimate aspirations and demands. ”Ended 29 / A 43
