The Minister of Sports, Adnan Darjal, takes over the functions of the Ministry of Culture as an agency, and the Minister of Transport Nasser Hassan takes over the functions of the Ministry of Immigration as the agency, and the Minister of Higher Education Nabil Kazim takes over the functions of the Ministry of Justice as the agency.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Finance, Ali Haider Abdul Amir, will assume the authority of the Ministry of Oil, and the Minister of Education Ali Hamid, the successor to the Ministry of Commerce, will take over.
