{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} An Iraqi MP, Abbas Sarout, suggested passing the federal budget bill for 2021 today, Wednesday.

"Most of the blocs have an intention to vote on the 2021 budget law today," Sorout told the Euphrates News Agency.
He added that "it is possible that there will be objections to some paragraphs" expected "to be passed by the majority to settle the file permanently."
The Finance Committee had announced that the budget was ready for voting, and indicated that the deficit in it could be filled by the difference between the price of a barrel of oil at 45 dollars and the official price at which oil is sold at the present time, which is 64 dollars.
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives set the date for the voting session on the budget law today, Wednesday, at 1 pm, indicating that the names of the representatives who are present and absent will be published on public opinion.
