    A member of the Parliamentary Economic Committee, Nada Shaker Jawdat, confirmed that there are three reasons behind the failure of foreign investment in Iraq .
    Shaker said that "investment in all its dimensions is very important to achieve qualitative leaps in all fields by investing the available resources and it is possible to create a large infrastructure for services." In the performance of the negotiator, who achieves the largest possible number of positive points . "
    And Shaker added, "The Chinese agreement was in its general dimension an important factor in achieving a real renaissance in Iraq if it was initiated and striving to create competitive opportunities with other countries that achieve the benefit of the homeland in all levels ."
    She explained that "the investment will lead to absorb a large part of unemployment and thus will weaken crime, drugs and even divorce, because the dimensions of poverty and unemployment are very complex and its repercussions do not stop at a certain extent."
