    {Local: Al Furat News} The Iranian Minister of Labor, Cooperation and Social Welfare, Muhammad Shariatmadari, explained the programs of his visit to Iraq, and said that one of the most important of them is the signing of a five-year document to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the field of exchanging skilled manpower and job opportunities.

    Shariatmadari added, to the official Iranian news agency (IRNA) upon his arrival in Iraq at dawn today, that "Iran is seeking bilateral cooperation by establishing joint companies within the framework of a long-term 5-year document with Iraq, which is in fact a roadmap for bilateral cooperation."
    He added, "Opening up Iranian export markets, especially to neighboring countries, is one of the important policies of the Ministry of Labor, Cooperation and Social Welfare during the current Iranian year (beginning March 21), and that developing labor relations between Iran and Iraq is a precondition for this matter.
    ” Shariatmadari stated that Iran was A period of time ago, a five-year document was prepared to sign with the Iraqi Ministry of Labor, announcing the completion of the preparation of the outlines of this document and that bilateral cooperation between Tehran and Baghdad will be pursued within the framework of this document.
    The Minister of Labor and Cooperation stated that "the exchange of employment and work opportunities" is one of the programs on the agenda of his visit to Iraq, as well as the follow-up of economic activities in addition to expanding relations in the field of cooperation, work and negotiation on social insurance.
    He went on to say that the two countries need skilled workers, explaining that he would focus in his talks with Iraqi officials on "real economic issues" that would be pursued in the fields of petrochemicals, medicines, building materials and minerals.
    The Iranian Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, Muhammad Shariatmadari, arrived in Baghdad at dawn today, Sunday, to hold talks and conclude several cooperation agreements with his Iraqi counterpart, Adel Al-Rikabi.
