    {Local: Al Furat News} The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the removal of technical and administrative obstacles to the stalled projects, while it revealed holding the lagging companies accountable.
    The Secretariat’s spokesperson, Haider Majeed, said, 
    “The Supreme Committee for Services and Reconstruction held several meetings with representatives of the governorates in the presence of officials from the Ministries of Construction, Housing, Planning and Finance.” To complete it ».
    He added 
    that "all those actors and parties identified projects and removed all the obstacles , including 
    technical, financial and administrative, and direct them will be according to schedules adjusted, in particular that some of the special ministry projects education doubled efforts in which after meeting Secretary - General of the Council of Ministers Hamid Gazan representatives of the companies and the Ministry of Education and provincial representatives. "
    He revealed "directing companies need to raise the pace of work in the next stage and give them a chance - running 3 months to provide the percentage of completion in schools, otherwise will be held accountable lagging companies and put them on the
    blacklist." 
    Said Majid that "those companies delivered eight schools in Dhi Qar and 4 other schools In the process of delivery, there are advanced achievement ratios in the schools in the rest of the governorates, ”while noting that“ the coming stage will witness the delivery of the Turkish hospital in Dhi Qar province after achieving advanced achievement rates in it and overcoming the technical problems of the Ministry. ”
