    {Local: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Education clarified, on Sunday, the date of the contract with the lecturers and administrators working in a "free" format in the ministry

    The ministry stated, in a statement that {Al Furat News} received a copy of, that "the beginning of the contract with lecturers and administrators working in a" free "form in our ministry and covered by Cabinet Resolution No. (130) for the year 2021, starting on 1/1/2021, for a period of one year ".
    On April 6, the Council of Ministers issued a decision to convert the free lecturers into contracts.
    And it says in the text of his decision: 
    First: The Ministry of Education and the General Directorates of Education in governorates that are not organized in a region, to contract with lecturers, administrators, and free workers in the education sector to whom administrative orders and previous directives were issued from those who began providing their free services on May 1, 2020, or before that date, provided that it takes place. All requests are resolved on September 1, 2021, and the Ministry of Education submits a monthly report to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers indicating the completion rates.
     Second: The monthly wage granted to lecturers is (250 thousand dinars), and the monthly wage for administrators and workers does not exceed (250 thousand dinars), according to controls set by the ministry taking into consideration academic achievement, and the Council of Ministers Resolution (315 of 2019) and its amendments shall apply to them, and according to It does not contradict the provisions of this decision.
     Third: The academic year is considered equivalent to the calendar year with regard to the wages payable to those covered by this decision.
    Fourth: The Ministry of Finance must conduct the transfers necessary to implement this decision within the approved allocations in the Budget Law for 2021.
    Fifth: Suspending appointment to the Ministry of Education as lecturers.
    Sixth: This decision shall be implemented from the date of its issuance {April 6, 2021}.
